Think about the tires on the airplane itself. They see much more pressure differential than the cabin or the cargo hold, and they do alright.

I thought normal cabin pressure was equivalent to 8000 ft, or about 75% of sea level. Therefore, if you had 100 psi in your tires at takeoff, you would have about 104 psi at altitude. Hardly worth worrying about.
