+1 on the Craft. I see lots of recommendations for other jackets and I'm surprised this one doesn't get mentioned that much. I've been very satisfied with it and use it year-round in New England. It layers well, is great for stopping wind and was fairly waterproof when I bought it but after four years of hard use is kinda porous at this point. I Nikwax it and it works for a while but it's probably time to replace it if I really want to be dry. See
