Depends on the manufacturer...I haven't heard a lot of stories about Fuji so I couldnt tell you if they're gonna come to the party.

I can tell you that I had less of a crack in my Cannondale and they replaced it with an upgraded hi-mod frame for nothing.

Now - I'll never buy anything else.

If your bike has cracked and its not in part of the frame that would be under considerable stress from a crash...then you have other avenues to pursue for a replacement than just your LBS or Fuji...a bike that cracks like that is a manufacturing fault - nuff said.
