+1. I think Rocket-Sauce is very optimistic when he says "You should be able to get a 3-5 year old bike with Ultegra for $500-700 with very little use." That's the C-List I used to know (5-6 years ago) - but things are wildy different now (at least in Portland). A deal that good is posted about twice a month now and is gone within the hour (and often flipped). Most ads for bikes that new/nice are demanding 60-70% of the original MSRP...sometimes a touch more in the summer.
