it sounds like you have a different set of rims masquerading as boras. The ultra 2 has 18 front spokes and 21 rear.

I think vintage boras were 16 spoke front and rear. The only other variation I can think of are the quickstep team wheels which had a bora rim and roval hub and spoke pattern. I'm skeptical that is what we are dealing with however. Production was low, and the roval (dt) hubs were good.
