But this is the question that I asked. Is what he is talking about a MUP?

He states,

gals were walking on the right side of the road 3 abreast forcing the wife and I to veer into oncoming traffic
road, and traffic doesn't speak to a MUP, but it sounds like that it is what it is.

I stay off them for just this problem.
