They are well crafted and engineered, but if you ride on rough roads regularly and/or have an aluminum frame bike, you will regret it. I have a Specialized Allez Pro (Specialized's version of the caad series) and it is a very stiff aluminum bike. Combine that with rough roads and a straight thomson seatpost, and you have a recipe for misery.
