An 18 year old girl I faintly know almost hit me on my way back getting groceries. As I'm turning right onto a residential street, she is turning left onto a street going in the opposite direction. I was on the extreme right side of the street during the turn practically next to the curb. She on the other hand is driving on the left side of the road while turning. She showed no sign of slowing down.
