Ok even using these high tech epoxies didn't I work, I finally drilled 2 #40 holes in the piece and attached it with 2 high strength stainless rivets, I coated it with epoxy first then riveted it on, so far it's rock solid, it's barely noticeable, once it's primed and painted, you'll.
