I met up with some friends in Snohomish this morning for an easy spin on the Centennial Trail. Snohomish was really hop'n this morning. Streets were being barricaded and we found out from some locals they were celebrating "Ground Frogs Day" but it may have also been related to the distillery fest also being hosted today. We saddled up after breakfast.
There were 4 "new" bikes on this ride today between the 5 of us.
I was riding my Singer
Friends Bruce and D had new Rodriguez S&S coupled UTB's
And Bob Freeman was on the inaugural ride of a new Kevin Sayles he'd just put together the day before
Not suprising, Bob's wife Deanna was riding a beautiful Davidson.
We stopped for lunch in Arlington at the Bluebird Cafe before returning to Snohomish for post ride pie.
Even though it was foggy and cold all day we had fun an enjoyed each other's company.
