1. Date it via component codes, looks early 1980s to me.
2. A brand that does not show up on Google is often a house brand/private label. In the 1960s and 1970s, private label = crap. By the 1980s, lots of really nice private label stuff, many of them were shop brands.
Olympic stripes often mean nothing. There was a period where everyone was mimicking them. And the brands with them, tended to use them for years.
