Correct.
1000km a week has excellent soporific qualities. I could even sleep for an hour after training, then still get 9 hours that night, no problem.
Only time sleep patterns would be really interrupted is if you'd lost some skin.....stick to sheets, bruising, painful to roll over. I don;t miss that!!!
