That Superior is a cool bike, I really like the fork. It's like sailorbenjamin said, take it apart, clean it and reassemble. It's just that easy, right .

My advice, work on one part at a time. White vinegar (soaking) and naval jelly (spot treatment) work great for cleaning up rust. I'm sure that you will need new bearings for the whole bike, brake cables, chain, tubes.... etc.

There is a lot, but it's all very easy to learn. Just keep posting us on your questions and you'll get lots of help.
