All I could measure at this point is external, since the cartridge is still in place (i.e., cannot get to threads, internal diameters, etc.).


Now I have to find a long enough 10mm fine thread bolt to secure the BB extraction tool. And metric fine thread is exactly what no usual suspects (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) seem to carry locally. Looks like I'll have to buy a bag of 10 or so online just to use 1 for 30 seconds...oh well...
