Great for F'd up roads w/ cracks and/or chip n seal roads. I've ridden them w/ CK hubs and wish they were mine, and didn't have to give them back to my friend.

Prowheelbuilder.com can get those White I hubs, A23s and sapim CX ray spokes 32/32hole for $606 + shipping.
The A23s are pretty nice. I've got a 32 hole set laced to Ultegra hubs. Picked them up off eBay new for well under $300 w/ S+H late last year. I'm around 230 and they handle everything I throw at them very well.
