The instructions suck , I'd be willing to bet there is instructions in Taiwanese that are better & they translated this condensed version for the English speaking countries..
Leave the battery turned off while charging, the key will be horizontal with the battery, that is off position { also the batteries LED lights wont be lit up when it's off.** Thee battery charger goes from a flashing amber when the battery is lowish then flashing green when it's allmost charged then solid green when charge is complete also the fan shuts itself off when it's charged.. Switch the charger off first then disconnect it from the port.
My Microshifter didnt crack during shipping, I've heard of others that did though but I have no idea how to install it. One tip I'll say is keep an eye on the spokes , dont hit curbs hard or come off them hard, have respect for the rear wheel, it's not fragile & the bike is really well built but the rear spokes seem to be it's Achllies heel. I replaced 3 total 2 incidents & have learned how to true the wheel & keep them taught & it's been fine 2800 miles on the clock since last July. I'm curious how much do you weigh & how tall are you, is the 17" frame a good fit ?
