After a lot of searching I found this company, http://www.eclipsecycling.com/online-designer.html . Yes, they are from China but reviews are good and the price is great and worth taking a chance on. I thought they had the easiest design studio and jersey pattern selection of anyone I have looked at. I could not attach the design I made directly from their site so I snapped a pic of my monitor. The colors are not as vibrant because of it.

We wanted something to go along with our website as that is what drives our sales since we do not keep a store front.
