I locked the bike outside onto a tree. I bumped into some friends inside and they noticed that I was keeping my eye on my bike. It was tough since customers kept blocking my way. As I was finishing my second taco, I saw a person get suspiciously close to my bike. I saw it in his body language; he was after my bike and was reaching into his coat. I ran past several customers and screamed 'HEY!!!' I met him face to face, and when he realized what just happened, he began to run. I shouted 'yeah you better run!' He was actually significantly bigger than me, but I guess he knew I was out for blood. I commute in street clothes, so he probably didn't expect the bike owner to look remotely intimidating. He never even had a chance to take out his cutting tool. What a crazy night.
I think I see your problem right there.
