so i realized how friggin easy 71GI is...aside from the obnoxious spinning...i definitly prefer a higher GI...i guess i prefer a little more mash a little less spin, i think 72 or 73 would be perfect as before i was 74 and hills where a ***** sometimes. small hills and inclines didnt bother me at all, it was the extended climbs for a couple miles that would fatigue me.
or maybe it was the extended climb going home after 8 hours of work on my feet in front of a grill getting my ass kicked.
