Very true!

I think if I were the OP though, I'd be perfectly satisfied to know that it's not 1000 calories per hour....but is probably about 40 calories per mile- give or take....and why.

And not that it hasn't been an interesting, educational discussion, which I'm sure we have all learned from....

Dispelling the wild exaggerations of online calculators=good. Splitting hairs over a few calories=pointless.

Why I can only eat 1000 calories a day and not break through the mid 180's? Now THAT'S something to kick around! (I tried eating more, so that my bod wouldn't think I was in starvation mode.....all I did was GAIN weight...)
