I love these fat guy threads. I started out in June 2005 at 6'2" 265 lbs. After this mornings ride (8/30/05), I weighed in at 234 for a total of 31 lbs. removed. I hope that by the end of next summer I'll remove up to 40 lbs. more.
I simply started eating smarter for a change,

The cool thing is that being fat for all of those years gave me some serious leg muscles. It was sort of like 24/7 weight training for the legs for almost 15 years.
Now that the weight is coming off, I can flat fly.
