Hello Dobrowsky, welcome to the forums. My first question is what country is this bike in? Now the questions get harder.

Do you know the BB threading? What brand are the dropouts and forkends?

I agree it seems to be repaint, the decal style doesn't really match the recessed brakes and under the BB cable routing, however, it is possible just the decals were replaced. What are the componenes?

The frame detail of Bianchi being tyoed out on the stay caps, which is often filed in to match the decals, make the frame look like a '86-87 model. The B on the fork is somewhat consistant with an 86/7 model but may make it lowerend model manufactured in the Orient.
