I have a hearing loss, and when riding the wind noise makes carrying on a conversation nearly impossible. I heard about Cat-Ears and bought a pair. They do work, at least for me. They cut down on the high frequency wind noise. You can still hear the wind, but it is the mid and lower frequencies. Your mileage may vary.
