If you're just going for looks and have the parts, go for it. Both brands are pretty much on par with each other if you're looking at aluminum.
As for the saddles. Have you ridden either one of those? I can't speak for your butt although I do have a arione & kurve snake in the cycle and they are among my favorites.
If you're thinking of buying an arione, there's a design overhaul coming this year, which means you can either wait for the redesign or the clearance of old models.
