I don't know if you are being facetious or not, but I think you've nailed my lifestyle. The closest shopping is a large grocery store which is next to a Sam's Club and a Walmart. So if I'm stuck for shoes or hardware or a pair of gloves, I'll consider Walmart... although need to be careful about the quality. For better quality items, have to travel a bit more.

To be honest, there aren't many of those local stores anywhere around. Better quality hardware at Lowe's, Home Depot or True Value.

And... yes... if I need something not easily obtained, I'll shop at Amazon.
