One of my bike-nerd friends was lured in by the price of those Sunlite cranks, and I would have bet anything it would be a 130BCD crank. Glad I didn't!

If your FD doesn't like shifting between the 53T and 34T, I'd recommend downsizing the big ring as well -- Sugino 48T and 50T rings can be had fairly cheaply as well.
