I've had a DXP trunk bag and Topeak rack for several years now. The only issue I had was user error - I thought I had mated the bottom track mounting system but did not. I did attach the quick release, though and that coupled with the "bungee" straps attached to the rack on the bottom of the pannier area kept it from flopping around too much until I figured out what was going on.
