Personally, I've never seen a freewheel compatible Sante hub. While there are a lot of Sante freewheels, I've always assumed they existed because Sante was originally conceived as a mini-group (freewheel, derailleurs, shifters and chain) intended as an SIS upgrade for existing bicycles. However, there have been other cases of uncatalogued Shimano components, most notably the Dura-Ace center-pull brakes.
