On one trip in France I set up camp in the town of Cucuron (NE of Cadenet) located on the south slope of the Grand Luberon. The village campground was bordered by a vineyard on one side and a lavender field on the other. Find that town on your map. Any of those little white "D" routes nearby are just gorgeous.
