funny that the decal implies a Columbus connection (and in style it's an older foil decal, not the same era as the frame, I think) but with that seatpost it is more likely something straight-gauge (unless it's French or metric tubing: what are the OD's of the main tubes?), possibly Falck tubing. I'm going to guess the braze-ons were for rack mounting...seems to have GPM dropouts...how about more pics?
