Just saw the
Calfee NAHBS 2013 Pre-Show Peep-Show album on FB, and the tandem (a Tetra?) appears to have
lugs.
Compare to previous versions, where the joints are wrap bulbous:
I don't think these are molded lugs, as are used for the half-bike Dragonfly (Dragonfly lugs at the Calfee HQ)
Other (uncaptioned) photos in the album show the frame prior to painting, and what appear to be new molds. The carbon in the lugs still has a wrap pattern, but maybe these are compressed with new molds. This may all have direct bearing on the thread topic of frame stiffness, so it may be interesting when more is learned.
