I wouldn't have the bike that I have, if it wasn't for the internet. I first saw the Xtracycle FreeRadical online. I bought the donor bike at the LBS.
I got most of my parts and accessories for my bike online. Some of the things that I wanted, aren't even being made any more, so, I had to use the 'bay.

As far as day to day, not so much.
