When I want to watch the pros, I go to SteepHill. Unfortunately, I have only found them live, but since I am often free in the mornings, which is when the races air, that works fine for me.

On the topic of your riding time being cut into by the new commute, you could make some lemonade. Assuming you are not up to 90 miles per day of cycling, you could start by driving in Friday morning and riding home. Then ride in Monday morning and drive home. Increase the number of one-way trips as your fitness improves. Alternatively, you could drive part way and ride the rest.
