1970s Fuji Track Bike - lots of pics - value?

OK...this is one for which I do not have a lot of experience on watching prices, value, etc. etc. It belongs to a friend and this is basically the run-down of what I know. 1970s model (originally had cottered cranks and steel stem/bar). He bought it used in the early 1980s and used it for track racing. It has tubular rims, high flange hubs (no, not Campy) and a track flip-flop rear hub (in other words, two track threadings so you can have two gearings queued up). He replaced the bottom bracket and crankset with a Suntour BB and Superbe (Suntour, I assume...Campy copy it would appear) Crankset. The stem is a Cinelli track stem and bars are Cinelli pista bars. Otherwise, it's the same rough painted fillet brazed frame as it came with. After being used for many years and then put up, it was dusted off and put back into purpose over the last few years to compete in track events and, in fact, carried my friend to win the state championship last year (I believe it was last year..maybe '11). When he got it, he considered repainting it & contacted Fuji at the time...in response Fuji sent him new decals for it & they also come with the bike...along with a small array of track cogs to add more gear choices. Oh yeah, it also comes with a circa late 1980s aero brake lever set & brake calipers (and cables/housings, I presume) because at some point in the last couple years he had the LBS install these to use while he was training riding on the street & greenways.

So, I'm interested in what our collective wisdom & experience here would say it's worth (both as something to collect and as simply something to use to train/race) and I'd also be interested in anyone has a model name/number, possible year and any knowledge of specs such as tubing type, geometry, etc. etc.

And, of course, it doesn't exist without pictures, so here they are (maybe in two installments due to BF limits)....
