That's a matter of perspective. Since aerodynamic savings don't just suddenly "kick in" at higher speeds you're always benefiting from them, so really a lowly cat5 will benefit more with aero goodies than a cat1 on the same course because he's out riding longer.
kind of, not really, sorto of. Time =/ power savings (which is what cp is trying to say). you might save a minute versus me saving 30 seconds, but i might save 40 watts where you save 10.
