I have a 96 or 97 Classic, and while most of the OP's frame is about right, there are some significant differences I see. First, the shift bosses are STI specific in that they are placed very near the head tube, and mine are in the traditional location suitable for downtube shifters. Second, the top of my seat tube is square cut, and the OP frame has a pointy top seat tube.

IMO, Gordon Youde simply got Cycle Art to paint up a frame and didn't want decals, which are usually available from Litespeed. Maybe later model years had the pointy seat tube and STI bosses, but I haven't looked through all the changes through the years.

Edit: looking through the later catalogs points to 1999 as having all of the features.
