Did 70mi fixed on Sunday and I was forced to pass on Wolfpack last night because the little muscles in on my inner thigh and rear thigh (right below my butt) were so tight/sore. Yup. That's the eccentric contraction that happens when slowing/stopping. Eccentric contractions are a b*tch!
