Mine don't even squeal in the wet but then I clean the rotors and pads every few weeks if the weather has been wet and road grime starts coating the bike. I use a clean shop towel wetted with acetone to clean rotor and pad surfaces... it removes contaminants that denatured alcohol can't touch.
