Thanks for letting me know what you think it is worth. I think it would be worth a lot more than that considering it is from 1949 and most roadsters from the period were British and this is Swiss. Also this bike has drum brakes which is pretty unusual for that time. This bike was quite a bit more advanced than the British bike of the period and it was also hand built and painted.
As a side note Condor is the same company that made the Swiss Army Bikes and the Civilian models from the 1950s and earlier are a lot rarer.
