Bikes: 2013 Specialized Tarmac SL4 Di2

I'm not going to comment on the bike, someone else here will do a better job, but I'll make a suggestion for a few days of diet adjustment. Try out a 2 day juice fast. The idea is it will help you shrink your stomach a little. Also, it's a good tip to remember it takes your stomach 20 minutes to tell your brain it's full. So you have to anticipate finishing your meal early. Lastly, it's frankly staggering how crazy huge capitalist food portions are. When I went from working at an oil change and easily burning 4k+ calories a day, I could put down a Jack in the Box Ultimate Cheeseburger and large fries without breakin' a sweat. Now as a software developer, I can actually get by on a basic McDonalds Cheeseburger for lunch and that's seriously enough food. Granted it's actually really terrible, but it's FAR less terrible than what I was eating previously. Now though, a 6 inch sandwich from Subway is a big lunch. Really that's the kind of adjustment that is most surprising to me on my journey to lose my piddly 50 lbs.

Oh and thank goodness spring is almost here... Or wait. CRAP spring is almost here?! I have 25 more lbs to lose before the end of spring as my goal, I'm so behind.
