You mean two bolts on the caliper mount? For the initial setup,you adjust the caliper so the disc is dead center on calipers with dual pad adjustment,or biased closer to the outer pad if only the inner pad adjusts. After the caliper is set,you shouldn't have to play with the mount unless it loosens for some reason. All your adjustments should be with the pad adjusters and cable.
