After clicking on the Spatzle link yesterday, I was inspired to dust of my Spatzle maker and make Spinatspatzeln for lunch today. A little bit of cabbage on top, and some charcuterie on the side.
I married into a Bavarian family 27 years ago.
Been eating very well ever since then.
