Whatizzit, eel? I really like sweet potato fries too, haven't had them in awhile. I've never really tried baking, other than prefab pizza, & such, LOL, but my Mom was an excellent baker. I've been thinking about trying my hand, to see if I got any of her baking genes. I love cornbread, especially with chili, so I bought some cornmeal just a couple days ago. I need a couple more ingredients, then I'll give it a whirl, squirrel.
Those are "Bombay duck," a type of lizardfish. They're imported from India, so you know they're fresh
My market has an amazing international selection, and the seafood counter usually has some eye-opening stuff like live eels, turtles, and Vietnamese mud crabs, as well as a crazy array of fish.
