Yeah, really, but keep in mind Jody is not a bike guy, (probably never worked on a bike frame before) he's just showing the weld strength by going caveman on it, looks like it held up well(for
awhile!). There are a lot of good vids showing welding techniques where you clearly see the weld pool/torch work for mig, tig, and ao., on his site.
