I liked the video pretty well, but was kind of unsatisfied at the end; I'd rather see a talk explicitly laying out the content of her safe-riding course, rather than hinting at what you could learn in the course.

I did like what I saw though, in particular a validation of the concept of communicating ("negotiating") with cagers by means of hand signals and eye contact, and reinforcing their good behavior with a friendly wave or thumbs up. I had intuited that kind of thing, but she expressed it well.
