If the Raliegh team USA is a legit 531 or beter reynolds competioinon grade yes. Anything less no most RBCA bikes are basicaly slightly nicer huffy's with a different name badage.
Yeah, I am still trying to figure out the history of the Raleigh Team USA frames. The one I have the opportunity to buy is, I believe, a 555 model. Which is another reason why I passed. There seems to be very good team usa's and not. I think this falls into the "not" category, but its still a 27" frame (I dont think they made the better ones in 27").
