+1 Ditch the reserve. I've been buying and selling on ebay for 13 years. I will NOT bid on an item with a reserve. I am not alone. A lot of active bidders hate reserves.
2. Your lead picture should be a full drive side shot of the bike. That's where all the action is.
Anymore, I start items at a price that is acceptable to me. So if I only get one bid, fine. I used to start everything at 99 cents, with no reserve, to get maximum interest. While the interest level was higher, I lost my a$$ on a couple of items doing that.
