On the right of your photo page, do you see where is says "IMG Code" under the "Image Links" tab? Just highlight and copy the IMG code and paste it here. It looks like this...

If you want just a tad more understanding, just think of IMG tags as being a way to open a viewing window to where ever the image is hosted - the image doesn't move, it's not uploaded to BF servers, etc, we just get to look at it through the window. Most of the time, you can just copy the address of the image by right-clicking on it and selecting "Copy image URL" (or similar, depending on the browser) from the drop-down menu, pasting that address here and then typing the IMG code around it - open image brackets in front of the address, [img], closed image brackets after the address [/img].
