I agree with trojanHorse and Vesteroid. Many mechanics, who have gone through a trades program at a vocational school will have Snap on tools, or a similiar quality, and a full lower cabinent and upper tool box combo. I don't know what kind of tools you have, but if you are a "I can do it all" type of mechanic, your tools are probably worth much more than the value of this used bike. And in a few months of riding, you'll look at a 10 mile ride as a warm up! Have fun, lead your heart, don't follow it.
