When I was in Chengdu, I rode my FP all around the city and stopped to view a few new highrise developments.
The pinkerton gestapo guys immediately swarmed me for even thinking of parking my bike anywhere near their property, including the adjacent bike/bus path that gets used for CAR parking after 6PM.
So apparently the Commie party thinks the new yuppies will never ride anything but friggin cars while bicycles are a detestable remnant of POVERTY. I tried to ask the sales people where the bikes go, but they avoided answering.

The BJ and SH traffic jams are surely proof positive how ignorant that policy could be.
